By accessing or using HauntRave.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Services Provided

HauntRave.com offers a platform for users to discover, review, and list haunted attractions. Business owners can claim and manage their listings, while reviewers can share their experiences and rate attractions.

3. User Conduct

  • Reviewers: You agree to provide honest, accurate, and respectful reviews. Reviews that are defamatory, abusive, or contain false information are strictly prohibited.
  • Business Owners: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information about your attraction. Misleading, false, or incomplete information is not allowed.

4. Claiming and Adding Listings

  • Claiming Listings: Business owners can claim their existing listings on HauntRave.com. It is essential to claim your listing before someone not affiliated with your business does. Failure to do so may result in incorrect information or unauthorized responses to reviews.
  • Adding Listings: Business owners can add new listings for their attractions. All information provided must be accurate and reflect the true nature of the attraction.

5. Content Ownership and Use

  • Reviewers: By submitting a review, you grant HauntRave.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your review in connection with our services.
  • Business Owners: By adding or claiming a listing, you grant HauntRave.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the information provided about your attraction.

6. Review Moderation

HauntRave.com reserves the right to moderate and remove reviews that violate our guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, reviews that are defamatory, abusive, contain false information, or are otherwise inappropriate.

7. No Refund Policy

All payments made to HauntRave.com for premium listings or other services are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service or early termination of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

HauntRave.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HauntRave.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services.
